Terms of
Service
These terms describe the rules, responsibilities, billing expectations, and legal framework for using the DriveOS platform.
Effective date: May 7, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the DriveOS platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you use DriveOS on behalf of a business, driving school, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Use of the Service
DriveOS grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the applicable subscription term and in accordance with these terms.
Customers are responsible for account activity, internal user access, configuration choices, and the accuracy of information entered into the platform.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must use DriveOS lawfully and in a manner consistent with applicable regulations, contractual obligations, and operational standards relevant to their business.
Customers may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload harmful code, or use the platform to violate the rights of others.
Billing and Subscription Terms
Paid features, subscriptions, implementation services, or add-ons may be subject to separate pricing, order terms, billing schedules, and renewal arrangements communicated by DriveOS.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written customer agreement.
Intellectual Property
DriveOS and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, platform design, content structure, branding, and related intellectual property.
Customers retain rights to their own business data and content submitted to the platform, subject to the rights necessary for DriveOS to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Availability and Service Changes
DriveOS may update, improve, suspend, or modify features as part of normal platform development, maintenance, and service management.
We aim to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, outages, or technical limitations may affect service access from time to time.
Termination
DriveOS may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if fees remain unpaid, if misuse threatens the platform, or if required by law.
Customers may stop using the service subject to applicable subscription commitments, billing arrangements, and written agreements then in effect.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveOS provides the service on an as available and as provided basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
DriveOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
DriveOS may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect legal, product, or business changes. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
